unica ex art. 208 d.lgs. n. 152\/2006 \u00e8 legittimamente rilasciata ove l\u2019amministrazione regionale abbia positivamente valutato, nell\u2019ambito della verifica di assoggettabilit\u00e0 a VIA, la compatibilit\u00e0 ambientale dell\u2019impianto con riferimento alle tipologie di rifiuti organici trattabili, alle modalit\u00e0 di gestione del ciclo produttivo, alle emissioni odorigene e
